Our story
We believe that education and inclusion play a vital role in improving the lives of children and adults around the world. Everyone deserves access to social connections, education, and training to pave the way for a better future.
Think Human Foundation was founded in 2020 by Webhelp Group and Olivier Duha, CEO and co-founder of Webhelp. The organization is an extension of Webhelp’s Share, Think Human, established in France in 2016 to support people through employment and integration opportunities.
As a global company with +120,000 employees, Webhelp views its talents’ diversity as a source of strength to support Think Human Foundation. Think Human is our motto, and social inclusion is the engine.
Together, we aim to empower individuals through education. Our Think Human Foundation Givers donate their time and passion to support the organizations we partner with.
Think Human Foundation works alongside trustworthy local associations to build community partnerships and launch programs to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
“We expanded our philanthropic support to over 21 countries. In this world filled with uncertainty, we want young people to better understand themselves, identify their strengths and get the necessary tools to connect to the world around them. Education is not just about access to school. From 3 to 25 years old, it is possible to restore confidence, develop cooperation, leadership, self-esteem, digital and professional skills. With these skills, young people will be able to navigate in the 21st century.
I am delighted to see the remarkable work of the associations and the growing mobilization of our employees who think human and give their time, skills or money to defend the right to education, identify their strengths and get the necessary tools to connect to the world around them. It’s not only talk. 7900 young people were empowered in 2022. We collected 60 000€ collected, 110 events were organized and 3200 hours of volunteering realized.”

Exclusion can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, nationality, or ethnicity. A set of unfortunate circumstances and a lack of support can lead to shattered hopes and dreams.
THF envisions a world in which all young people are empowered through education to live up to their potential.
It’s our mission to foster the social and professional inclusion of young people with limited opportunities, through educational projects enhancing the skills needed to navigate the 21st century.
We believe the youth can develop their full potential by working on 3 axes
- Social and emotional learning to learn in the appropriate conditions
- Digital literacy to get prepared to job opportunities and studies
- Professional skill development to become autonomous et break the poverty circle
We couldn’t have said it better than Victor Hugo, during his Speech to Legislative Assembly, 9 July 1849: “I am one of those who think and say that it is possible to destroy extreme poverty. Mark you, gentlemen, I am not saying ‘reduce’, ‘lessen’, ‘limit’, ‘control’, I said destroy.
Our people
Founded by Webhelp and Olivier Duha, CEO, and overseen by our board of directors and deeply committed management team, Think Human Foundation’s real strength comes from its volunteers and their passion.
‘Donating’ my own personal time to the foundation comes as a natural responsibility”
Everyone wants to see change over the world and bring people together, and that exactly what Think Human Foundation is all about!
As a people-first company and an industry leader, we believe it’s our responsibility to do better for people by giving back to the communities around the world.

Our actions
-
Local projects to create real impact 1
We aim to uplift communities in the 50 countries where Webhelp branches are located by facilitating support critical to local associations, be it financial, time or expertise.
-
Short and long-term commitment 2
Our partners may require different levels of support, so the duration of engagements can vary. There’s no time limit on the time and effort we’re willing to invest.
-
Webhelpers in action 3
Our projects wouldn’t be possible without the time and dedication from countless Webhelper and local ambassadors who coordinate efforts. Thanks to their generosity, we’re able to donate food, clothing and supplies.
